UVALUX® 98 Blending Bases

DualCure Blending Bases for commercial and packaging sheetfed applications

UVALUX 98 series blending bases represent the newest generation of
UV-LED ink technology, engineered specifically for high-performance
commercial and non-food packaging sheetfed applications. These
advanced inks deliver superior results across paper, board stocks and a
wide range of challenging nonabsorbent substrates. At the core of the
system are 14 mono-pigmented base colors featuring individual fastness
controls, allowing printers to precisely manage the exact resistance
properties required for any color match. The full assortment also features a
mixing black, a transparent white, a dense black and an opaque white to
ensure a complete color-matching palette.

Designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern pressroom
environments, these inks offer enhanced curing and optimized adhesion
properties that enable maximum print speeds without compromising
quality. This exceptional performance makes the UVALUX 98 series
blending bases particularly well-suited for high-speed sheetfed and web
presses.

Furthermore, these DualCURE blending bases provide ultimate production
flexibility through their universal curing compatibility. They perform
seamlessly under modern LED-UV curing systems operating in the 385-395
nm wavelength range as well as traditional UV mercury vapor and H-UV
iron-doped mercury vapor lamps.

Whether utilized for commercial printing or demanding packaging runs,
the UVALUX 98 series blending bases fulfill the widest range of application
requirements while bringing the future of UV-LED technology directly to the
pressroom.
