Zeller+Gmelin expands its EarthPrint™ Inks with New Dry Offset 79 Series
RICHMOND, VA, October, 2025 – Zeller+Gmelin North America, manufacturer and innovator of printing inks and coatings, is pleased to announce the expansion of their successful EarthPrint™ ink product line, with the UV/LED LM 79 Series. The UV/LED Low-migration EarthPrint™ 79 Series is designed for dry offset printing on rigid plastics such as cups, lids, buckets and other preformed containers with enhanced wash off capabilities for ease of recycling.
Previous EarthPrint™ ink solutions proved successful in maintaining color brilliance and adhesion, while achieving their recyclability goals for rigid plastics. That success continues with this new addition to their eco-friendly product line. The 79 Series is designed as a press-ready ink for printing vivid color shades. Capable of printing at high press speeds and rapid curing, it offers excellent adhesion, high gloss and transparency, and many other benefits. It is suitable for injected, extruded, thermoformed, and blow-molded preformed containers made from common plastic substrates.
