Zeller+Gmelin expands NUVAFLEX® Portfolio with 171 Series for UV-LED Flexographic Printing Applications

RICHMOND, VA, September 3, 2026 – Zeller+Gmelin North America, a leading manufacturer of premium ink and coating solutions, is proud to announce its newest flexographic ink innovation—the NUVAFLEX® 171 UV/LED ink series. This new addition to the NUVAFLEX® product line is designed for demanding narrow web flexo applications, delivering fast cure rates, excellent adhesion, and strong color.

Zeller+Gmelin’s NUVAFLEX® product line offers high-performance ink solutions for applications on labels, IML, flexible packaging, shrink sleeves, and challenging low-surface-energy substrates. The new 171 Series is ideal for high-speed label and narrow web converters struggling with adhesion, consistency and vibrancy, at scale. Process colors, extended color gamut, mixing bases, metallics, opaque whites and dense blacks are available in the new product line.
