The NUVAFLEX® 32 Series inks have been designed to extend and create new market opportunities for narrow- and mid-web printers in the Label & Packaging printing industry. Built-in properties enable fine line screens and reverses to be printed using high LPI/low BCM anilox rolls, while minimizing film weight – rivaling offset & digital print quality.
Benefits also include fusing adhesion to difficult films, low viscosity and free flow rheology, low odor, varnish like gloss, minimal to no plate swelling and speeds of over 700ft per minute. NUVAFLEX® 32 Series inks are also silicone and wax free. This approach enables trapping, hot stamping, thermal overprinting, lamination, durability and maximizes true natural bonding.
